No Management FeesL39 will not charge an ongoing management fee. Instead, the Manager will receive a performance fee of 20% of the amount, if any, by which the Fund’s Current Unit Value has increased (on an annualised basis) beyond the Australian 3 Month Bank Bill Swap Rate during the Half-Year period. A high water mark applies.
